On-Demand Packs
On-Demand Packs add viewing value to a Live&Signed account for eligible paid content. The pack page shows the current price, included uses, eligible content, and any expiration or regional terms before checkout.
- Sign in on the Live&Signed website and open On-Demand Packs from the wallet area.
- Review the current pack details. The description shown at checkout controls what that pack includes.
- Continue to the website checkout and approve the PayPal payment.
- Wait for the confirmation screen before closing the browser. The receipt and resulting account value appear in account activity after provider confirmation.
Purchases cannot be completed inside the iOS, Android, TV, or console apps. Those apps can direct you to the Live&Signed website in a browser.
If payment succeeds but the pack does not appear, do not buy it again. Open a support ticket with the receipt identifier, approximate time, and account email. Never include a PayPal password or complete payment-card number.
