Whether you've decided to explore other platforms or are taking a break from the digital world, deleting your Live&Signed account is a simple process. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to gracefully bid farewell to your on-demand video and social sharing experience on Live&Signed.
1. Accessing Account Settings
Log in to your Live&Signed account using your credentials.
Navigate to the "Settings" section, often represented by a gear or cogwheel icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Privacy and Security Tab
Within the Settings menu, find the "Privacy and Security" tab – the hub for managing your account preferences and security settings.
3. Initiating the Account Deletion Process
Inside the "Privacy and Security" tab, locate and click on the option to "Delete Account" to kickstart the account deletion process.
4. Selecting a Reason for Deletion
A popup will appear, prompting you to choose a reason for deleting your account. Select the reason that aligns with your decision to part ways with Live&Signed.
5. Obtaining the Deactivation Code
Once a reason is selected, find and click on "Get Account Deactivation Code." This action triggers Live&Signed to send you an email containing your deactivation code.
6. Entering the Deactivation Code
Check your email for the message from Live&Signed and retrieve the deactivation code.
Return to the platform and input the deactivation code in the designated field.
7. Deactivation Phase
Post entering the deactivation code, your account will transition into the deactivation phase. You'll receive a confirmation message signaling that the process is in motion.
8 Final Email and Reactivation Link
Shortly after, you'll receive a final email from Live&Signed containing a reactivation link.
If you decide to change your mind or want to resume your on-demand video and social sharing adventures, use the provided link to log back into your account.
9. Account Removal
If you opt not to reactivate your account within the stipulated timeframe, Live&Signed will permanently remove your on-demand video and social sharing presence after 7 days.
