Creator Payouts

Creator payouts are sent through the supported PayPal payout path. Sales appear as pending first; eligible content-sale funds normally complete a 72-hour hold before becoming available for a payout path.

Automatic payout

Eligible balances can be reserved for the automatic monthly batch. Once money is reserved for that batch or submitted to PayPal, it is no longer available for an instant request.

Instant payout

An eligible creator can request an instant payout from the creator cash-out area. The screen shows the minimum amount, gross amount, fee, and net amount before confirmation. The creator initiates this request; an administrator does not press an instant-payout button on the creator's behalf.

Protect the destination

Adding or changing the payout email requires a security confirmation sent through the protected account channel. A pending destination change does not immediately redirect money. Never approve a payout change from a link you did not request.

Refunds, disputes, reversals, and creator-account debits can reduce the available amount. Review payout history and provider status before contacting support.
