Shoppable transactions use a 5% Live&Signed platform fee under the current policy. The creator dashboard separates gross sales, platform fee, creator amount, held funds, releasable funds, released funds, refunds, and disputes.

Why merchandise money is held

Physical-goods money remains held while fulfilment is unconfirmed. Enter the carrier and valid tracking number after the parcel is accepted. Live&Signed checks the number against the carrier service. Delivery confirmation can make the order eligible for release under the current rules.

If no valid tracking is supplied, the merchandise hold is at least 30 days. A false, reused, or non-registering tracking number is not accepted and can lead to review.

Refunds and disputes

Creators can see refund and dispute activity that affects their orders. A refund, chargeback, or provider reversal can create a debit against creator earnings. Keep product descriptions, inventory, shipping promises, tracking, and buyer communication accurate so the order record is complete.
