Upcoming Exclusives are paid posts or events whose protected full experience has a future release or start time.

• The snapshot, teaser, title, description, creator, price, and release information can be available before release.
• A preorder gives the account access when the full version is released; it does not unlock the protected full media early.
• Upcoming paid content can receive temporary preorder visibility. At release it returns to the normal freshness, interest, popularity, and decay ranking system.

Open the item to confirm whether it is an Exclusive or Exclusive Live and check the displayed time zone. Purchases must be completed on the website. Use Follow, Watchlist, and Live Reminders to find the creator or event again.

If a release time passes without access, check the event status and receipt before opening a ticket. Include the post title and transaction identifier, not payment credentials.
