My Exclusives
My Exclusives is the signed-in library for eligible paid content associated with the account.
- Open the fan profile and choose My Exclusives.
- Select an item to review its access, release, and playback state.
- An unreleased purchase remains listed with its release information. The protected full version appears when released.
- Use full playback quality and supported caption controls after access is available.
A creator can stop offering an item for new sales without removing an existing purchaser's eligible access. Access remains tied to the purchasing account and cannot be used by a second simultaneous session or transferred to another account.
If a completed purchase is absent, review account transaction history and make sure you signed in with the same email or social provider used for checkout. Report the receipt identifier if support is needed.
