Edit Name & Account Email
Open your fan profile, expand My Settings, and choose the profile or account control for the value you want to change.
Change the name
Edit the supported name field, review it, and save. A public creator handle is separate from the account name and can have additional creator-profile rules.
Change the account email
- Choose the protected account-email action.
- Enter the new email address. An email already connected to another Live&Signed account cannot be reused.
- Open the newest verification message sent to the new address.
- Enter the complete code exactly as shown and finish the confirmation.
Requesting another code invalidates an older code, so use only the newest message. Never send a verification code to support.
If the account signs in through Apple or Google, continue using the connected provider unless the settings screen confirms another sign-in method has been added. Changing an email address does not merge two existing accounts.
