Account Preferences

Open your fan profile and expand My Settings to review account preferences.

• Profile controls supported public name and profile details.
• Account contains protected email, password, and connected sign-in settings.
• Alerts & Notifications controls optional activity, push, email, creator updates, and live reminders.
• Language lets the website use a supported language route. Apps can begin with the device language.
• Help with Live&Signed opens the help desk.
• Log Out ends the current session.

Required system, security, account, receipt, refund, dispute, and payout notices cannot be disabled. Marketing email has a separate unsubscribe setting.

Save each section after changing it. If a setting appears unchanged, reload the profile once and verify the saved value before submitting it again.
