Make your first post

Choose the + action while signed in. If this is the account's first creator post, complete creator category and handle onboarding before the post form opens.

1. Select the post type. A Live is free, an Exclusive Live is paid, and an Exclusive is paid content. Other supported posts can be free or limited to subscribers. Shoppable posts describe merchandise and its available options.
2. Add the title, description, category, access, release, and pricing details requested for that post type. Paid static video must be priced at no less than USD 0.49.
3. Add the requested media. When a full upload is optional for a scheduled paid release, complete the other required details instead.
4. Submit the post and wait for confirmation. Reaching 100% upload does not always mean encoding is finished.
5. Check the creator profile and post status. Processing creates the snapshots, teasers, playback versions, and streaming files appropriate for the source.

A creator can later edit a post or stop offering it for new sales. People who already purchased eligible content keep their access while their account remains active.

If processing does not advance, open a ticket and include the post title, upload time, source file type, duration, and approximate file size. Do not upload the private source file to the ticket unless support requests a secure transfer.
