Manage alerts and required account notices

Live&Signed separates required account notices from optional activity and marketing alerts.

Required alerts

System, security, account, purchase, payout, refund, and dispute notices are required. They protect the account or document activity that affects it, so they remain enabled. Required in-app notices are kept in the account notification area.

Optional alert controls

Open your fan profile, expand My Settings, and find Alerts & Notifications. You can control:

• In-App Activity Alerts for optional social and activity notices.
• App Push Alerts for supported devices that have granted notification permission.
• Optional Email Alerts for non-required email updates.
• Creator Updates from creators you follow.
• Live Reminders for live-event reminders.

Save the settings after making changes. Device-level notification permission can still block push alerts even when App Push Alerts is enabled in Live&Signed.

Marketing email

Marketing email has its own unsubscribe control. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop verification, password reset, receipt, security, account, refund, dispute, or other required service messages.
